DAY 1 - Arrival in Pakse

DAY 2 - Pakse - Champasak - Wat Phou

• Transportation :
• Food : Lunch - Dinner

After meeting at The Sinouk Coffee House around 9:30AM, transfer to the pier, drive by longtail boat for 2,5 hours to Champasak. Upon arrival at the Wat Phou Boat, we help you to your cabins to unpack then serve lunch on deck. The highlight of the afternoon is the Wat Phou ruins-the majestic pre-Angkorian 10th. century temple complex and boat's namesake. You have time to visit the museum at the ruins site, walk up to the highest temple and take as many photos as you would like. As dusk falls, we transfer you back to the Wat Phou boat for a chance to enjoy the tropical sunset on the deck. Dinner is served on board, while the boat docks for the night alongside a remote Laotian village.

DAY 3 - Ban Houei Tomo - Oup Moung - Khong Island

Breakfast in on board as we set sail for the village of Ban Houei Tomo. This is a small village a few minutes walk away from the mysterious hidden forest temple Oup Moung. Afterwards we rejoin the boat to continue our cruise southwards. Lunch is on the deck, while leisurely sailing closer to the wild peradise of the "4.000islands". Late afternoon we diesembark from the boat to walk through Ban Dua Tai, a small Lao Loum village where the traditional way of life has not changed in centuries. Our day's cruise finishes at the most northern tip of Khong Island, the largest inhabited island in the river archipelago. After dinner, the evening is yours to relax and enjoy.

DAY 4 - Khong Island - Ban Khone - Khone Phapheng - Pakse - Paksong

While you breakfast on the deck, the Wat Phou boat cruises to the small village of Ban Dong Veunthong where you board a small boat to meander among the 4.000 island to Ban Khone. You will visit the old French railway and walk to across the bridge that links Ban Khone and Done Det. We continue on the boat back to the mainland for lunch at local restaurant in a small fishing village Ban Xieng Di, on the banks of the Mekong. A bus transfers you to the historically significant Khong Phepheng waterfall, "The Niagara of the East", closed to the Cambodian border. We then bring you back to pakse for the end of the cruise experience, arriving around 16:00pm. Drive to the Bolaven Plateau to "Sinouk Coffee Resort".

DAY 5 - Paksong - Tad Lo – Pakse

After breakfast, explore the area of Bolaven Plateau, the Boloven Plateau is known for its cooler temperature being located high above the Mekong Valley. A trip to the plateau provides a refreshing break from the heat and allows you to observe the cultivation of rich coffee, tea, cardamom, bananas, and other crops that can be seen en route. Stop over to visit villages of Katu, Nge and Laven and some famous waterfalls such as Tad Lo, Tad Fan and Tad Yeuang.
Arrival to Pakse in the late afternoon, transfer to hotel.
Overnight at hotel.

DAY 6 - Pakse – Departure
